- All bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

- Clients may reschedule their appointments with advance notice.

- If a session is missed without notice, rescheduling is still permitted, but no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

2. Digital Products

Currently, we do not offer digital products.

 

3. Physical Products

- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for physical items.

- Please confirm your order carefully before purchase.
