Delivery Information

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery across Singapore. If you require delivery to a specific location, please contact us to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days upon order confirmation.
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

3. Delivery Fees
Free Delivery: Orders above $500 qualify for free local delivery.
Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $25 applies to orders below $500.

4. Contactless Delivery
For your safety, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will leave the order at your doorstep and notify you upon arrival.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If no one is available to receive the order, we will:

Contact you via phone or message.
Attempt delivery again at an additional charge (if applicable).

6. Order Tracking & Updates
You will receive updates via WhatsApp when your order is out for delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If there are any issues, contact us within one day for a resolution.
